We have developed technical documentation for the five-star hotel in Samara, prepared and installed all the interiors in guest rooms.
About the Project
LOTTE Hotels & Resorts is the largest hotel chain from South Korea, which operates 40 hotels worldwide, with some of them located in Russia. In 2018, a five-star LOTTE hotel appeared in Samara. DWFI Company took an active part in the opening of a new hotel, having completed large-scale technical documentation project, and manufactured furniture and interior design items for all guest rooms and other premises of the hotel.
This is a significant project for us and the city; in 2018 the hotel will accommodate the guests of FIFA World Cup.

The hotel building has 10 floors. There are 197 rooms of different type in the hotel: from superior rooms of 35 sq. m to President suites of 145 sq. m. All the rooms are designed in the same style but offer different levels of comfort and interior decoration. We have developed technical documentation for each, and manufactured full sets of furniture: tables, cabinets, TVG panels, couches, luggage racks and bathroom fixtures.
Each room has a flat screen TV with wood veneer finish. The TV section can be covered up, making the room look more whole. Each room has a writing table made of white walnut.
Many interior design items are made to look more modern with trendy brass elements. This is one of 197 coffee tables that you will find in each of the rooms. Dainty legs are covered with brass, the table top is covered with a layer of veneer. The combination of hazel and gold hues fit ideally into the atmosphere of a five-star hotel.
LED lighting is built into the cabinets to make it easier to select your wardrobe and find things in the drawers.
The head of the bed is covered with veneer with titanium nitride inserts, and this decor creates a special atmosphere in the room. The lighting built into the head of the bed is another added convenience for guests.
Decorative panels were installed in public areas on several floors, as were hidden-type fire-resistant doors.
The Crystal Hall features decorative covers on movable partitions. Five-meter Boiserie panels were also installed along the perimeter of the hall.
We also manufactured heated mirrors for bathrooms.
The hotel has 197 guest rooms. Several thousand pieces of furniture and interior design items were made at DWFI.
All the interior design operations were completed in a very short time, and the hotel opened on time.
In the summer of 2018, the hotel will accommodate national football teams and official FIFA representatives, which imposes additional responsibilities on hotel operators and builders.
